4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Armstrong Ownership

All content on Armstrong digital platforms, including technical documentation, product designs, manufacturing processes, and business methodologies, remains the exclusive property of Armstrong or its licensors. This includes:

  • a. Patents related to foam, film, and elastomer technologies
  • b. Proprietary manufacturing processes and quality systems

4.2 Limited License

6.2 Limitation of Damages

6.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Armstrong’s aggregate liability shall not exceed SGD 100 per incident or the total value of services provided to you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident, whichever is lower.

  • b. Third-party service provider failures or security breaches
  • c. User’s failure to follow technical guidelines or safety protocols

7. Business Relationship Terms

Quote Requests and Technical Consultations

  • a. Quote requests are non-binding inquiries for information
  • b. Technical consultations do not create contractual obligations
  • c. Formal agreements require separate documentation and execution
  • d. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice

8. Termination and Account Management

We reserve the right to:

  • a. Suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms
  • b. Modify or discontinue digital services with reasonable notice
  • c. Restrict access for security or regulatory compliance reasons
  • d. Remove content that violates intellectual property rights

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

  • c. Technological developments or security enhancements
